I'm Mx Spite. My day job is traditional art. I'm an experimentalist with materials, and notions. The basis of my #nftart is my work, REmixed, REmade, and REthought. I'm a multi-hyphen creative, or as I prefer to say, a Chaos Node, pursuing a number of different creative works, ranging from poetry, spoken word, filmmaking, illustration, painting, printmaking, photography and digital works, particularly glitch-art.

My preferred approach to art is an open balance where structure is applied after the creative process comes to fruition. A Famous Artist said something about taking a lifetime to work like a child, and that much, I agree with. Working on a variety of projects, experimenting constantly with styles + materials, and indulging the creative urges of my inner voice are paramount in my Artistic Process.

 

I used to say that I belonged to no particular movement, now I belong to many. Nft art combines traditional & non-traditional artforms, such as meme, lowbrow, and pixel arts in micro-movements inspired by Dada, such as Bofa, Trash, and Smols. I also identify with The Glitch Artist collective, who, along with AI artists, are pushing the boundaries of both Conceptual Art, and Abstraction.
